  | Donner Pass Road Construction Updates | The Donner Pass Road Rehabilitation Project is a Federal Lands Access Program project that will provide road rehabilitation, resurfacing, drainage improvements, and shoulder widening along Donner Pass Road from the intersection of Interstate 80 in Soda Springs to the Town of Truckee limits near Donner Lake. There will be major construction along this stretch of Donner Pass Road, from approximately April through October of 2020 and 2021. Construction will be suspended during the winter months, approximately November through April, and Donner Pass Road will be open to traffic during that time.
