Nevada County is inviting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide mental health support services for veterans in need of services within Nevada County. Nevada County seeks a qualified firm with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide services locally, timely, and working collaboratively with the County’s Veterans Services Office.
The purpose of Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) program is to provide free and confidential mental health services to veterans, their dependents, and surviving spouses in Nevada County where in most situations access to mental health services are limited. This RFP will result in the award of one contract to be effective for an initial term of one-year, with an option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods, at the County’s discretion.
The proposal submission deadline is June 5th before 5:00 pm. A virtual proposer’s conference has been scheduled for May 16, 2023 at 9:00 am Via TEAMS. See the Request for Proposals (RFP) for full details, including a description of the scope of work, proposal requirements, and instructions for submitting your proposal.
