keep your medical

Don't miss important information about your Medi-Cal coverage. Make sure that the county has your current contact information.

During the COVID-19 public health emergency (PHE), Medi-Cal beneficiaries have stayed enrolled in the program. If your contact information or household circumstances have changed and you have not already reported these changes, please update your information today by contacting your local county office at: (530) 265-1340, by coming into the social services office at 950 Maidu Ave in Nevada City, going to the website BenefitsCal.org or using the QR code below. This may help you keep your Medi-Cal coverage after the COVID-19 PHE ends.
