Notice of Public Meeting to Provide Comments on the Idaho-Maryland Mine Project EIR

PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD TIME EXTENSION: The Original Notice of Availability of a Draft Environmental Impact Report (Draft EIR) and Notice of Special Public meeting for the Idaho Maryland Mine Project was previously distributed to the public, interested individuals, and public agencies, on January 4, 2022, which started a 60-day public review and comment period.

This notice is to announce that the public comment period has been extended until Monday, April 4, 2022 at 5:00pm to allow the public a total of 91 days to submit comments.
