Cannabis: Annual True Up Due!

If you owned or operated a farm/ nursery/ dispensary during the 2022/2023 fiscal year (7/1/22-6/30/23) you will be subject to the Annual True Up. If  you have questions please reach out to our Cannabis Division.

Annual True Up payments are due NO LATER than Dec. 5, 2023. Taxpayers can pay in our office at the Rood Center or by using the drop boxes until 5:00pm on Dec. 5, 2023. Taxpayers may pay online until 11:59 pm on Dec. 5, 2023.
