Any event in which alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed, the event holder must have an Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) license and must have the $1,000,000 additional alcohol rider on the insurance certificate and endorsement per the contract.
Booking requests may be made online or by telephone. Bookings are received no more than 2 years in advance.
Renter shall provide proof of Commercial General Liability Insurance evidenced by a certificate of insurance with properly executed endorsements.
When all documents and payments are complete and received by the County, a walk-through will be scheduled for the day before the event. Building keys and an emergency phone number will be provided at this time as well as instructions for cleaning the building following the event.

Use of the rooms is non-exclusive, and the county reserves the right to schedule non-conflicting use of building within the time frame of the agreement.
