CDA highly recommends scheduling an appointment or dropping off your applications and plans to help stop the spread of COVID in our community. Please check this website regularly to find updates.
The Department will continue to provide services through email and phone as well as:
- Lobby is open from 8 am to 5 pm.
- New Project Submittal/Walk-in appointments accepted from 8 am to 3:30 pm.
- If you have questions or would like to book an appointment please, email the Planning Department or call us at 530-265-1222, Option 2.
