Patch / Badge Requests

Requests for Agency Patches, Badges, Challenge Coins or Uniform Attire

The Nevada County Sheriff’s Office (NCSO) regularly receives requests for official agency-branded badges, patches, challenge coins, apparel and more. While we appreciate all requests, NCSO does not give away or trade badges, patches, challenge coins*, apparel, or anything related to official uniforms. These items are strictly for NCSO employee-use only and are not available to the public or other organizations.

However, select breast cancer awareness pink patches and breast cancer challenge coins are available for purchase every October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and because of their popularity, they are now available to purchase year-round. Deputies wear pink patches every October. 100 percent of proceeds from these sales are donated to local breast cancer research.
