Property tax bills are mailed out in October each ear to the mailing address on file. You can also view copies of current and past tax bills online by clicking on one of the links above.

1st Installment: due November 1st with a grace period to pay until December 10th. If payment is received after the grace period it is considered delinquent and assessed penalties.

2nd Installment: due February 1st with a grace period to pay until April 10th. If payment is received after the grace period it is considered delinquent and assessed penalties.

Timely Payments

If a due date falls on a weekend or holiday, then taxes will be due the next business day. If you mail a payment close to the delinquent dates of December 10th or April 10th, we strongly encourage a hand-stamped postmark to ensure that it is received as timely. You can pay online or over the phone up until 11:59 pm on December 10th and April 10th and still be considered timely. Anything received after 11:59 pm PST will be returned for penalties.
