If you wish to cancel the voter registration of a loved one who has recently passed, please provide our office with relevant documentation so that we may conduct a cancelation. Please note that our office receives death certificates from the Department of Public Health several weeks after a voter passes away, and we will cancel a voter registration upon notification.
If you wish to cancel the voter registration of a family member who is living, please note that our office requires notice from the voter or a court order (if incapacitated or otherwise unable to complete the form) to cancel the registration.
