County Codes

Notice to the Public

The County of Nevada is in the process of updating all its codes and converting the codes to new software. This update is in an effort to provide the public with an easier platform to search the codes and to create uniformity in internal referencing; language usage; and updated pronouns; as well as to verify the accuracy of citations and comport with California state statute. While this update is non-substantive in nature, some land use and development codes have changed significantly due to state updates. Please contact the Community Development Agency for the most recent changes. We apologize for this inconvenience.
