Victim Restitution

If you are entitled to Victim Restitution payments, you may receive payments in one of two ways, either by check or direct deposit. By default, payments will be mailed by check to your address of record. If you feel you should be receiving Victim Restitution payments, please make sure that we have your most current information. Call us at 530-265-1266 to inquire about your account or to provide updated information.

Direct Deposit

In order to receive direct deposit you will need to complete a Vendor Data Form and a Direct Deposit Authorization Form.
